Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask M. S. Patel English Medium School to review and delete personal information held through SchoolCred, including information associated with WhatsApp communication.
1. Send a request
Email entity.eklavya@gmail.com with the subject “SchoolCred — Data Deletion Request”, or submit a written request to the Eklavya school office, Panhala, Kolhapur.
2. Identify the relevant record
Include your name, the phone number or email linked to the record, the school name, and whether the request concerns an enquiry, account or WhatsApp communication. If it concerns a child, state your relationship to the child. Describe the information you want removed. Do not email passwords, access tokens, Aadhaar copies or payment credentials.
3. Verification and review
The school may ask for limited information to verify your identity and authority before acting. The school will review the request and explain which information can be deleted and which records need to be retained.
4. Outcome and retained records
The school will communicate the outcome and any next steps using your verified contact details. Admission, academic, fee, receipt or other necessary school records may need to be retained for administrative or applicable obligations. Deleting data here does not automatically delete copies held independently by Meta or other services.
Stopping optional WhatsApp messages
Reply STOP to the school WhatsApp conversation or contact the office to request an end to optional messages. Stopping messages and deleting existing school records are separate requests.
