These terms describe use of SchoolCred for M. S. Patel English Medium School's school administration and communication services.
Using the service
Use SchoolCred for authorised school activities and provide accurate information. Parents and guardians should be authorised to submit information concerning a child. Contact the office to correct an error.
Accounts and access
Keep your password private and use only your assigned account and permissions. Do not access another person's records, upload harmful content or misuse school data. Report suspected unauthorised access to the school.
Admissions and payments
An enquiry does not confirm admission. Admission, fees, refunds and school services follow the applicable terms communicated by the school. A payment is confirmed through the school's records and receipt verification.
School communications
SchoolCred may provide enquiries, reminders and school communications. WhatsApp availability depends on configuration and provider availability. Optional messaging can be stopped by contacting the school or replying STOP.
Records and assessments
If a record or assessment is inaccurate, request a correction or review from the school. Assessment information supports staff review and should be considered with relevant evidence.
